Just gave my TA my request for upgrade options. I'm thinking it will be CBR and I'll miss out on POR, but who knows. I wanted FQ, but that's out with the exclusion.

I am so hoping I'm not disappointed with CBR. I've read/heard mixed reviews. Going with a positive attitude and not to high expectations.

You'll find mixed reviews on all of the resorts from values to the deluxe resorts. We've stayed at the CBR many many times and it's always been great. I have a CBR trip report going right now and it includes pics. Feel free to join in by clicking on the link in my signature.

My plan B-Z is, if I can't get a room w/ FD at POR in the mornimg, I'm thinking we'll just shack up on ol' man island or perhaps one of the POR laundry rooms, LOL. Seriously though, I do have a plan B and C, just hoping Disney doesn't force me to use them but we'll see tomorrow.

That's kind of my plan too! I'm just so happy to be going! And I've not stayed at CSR since my (first) honeymoon in 1999, so I bet it's different!

Nope. I just have alternate dates. Although i guess that would constitute a plan B as well.

For anyone planning to book at POR, I heard thru the grapevine that they are going to drain the river for refurb and dig up all the landscaping to replace the dirt, just wanted to give everyone a heads up to book elsewhere tomorrow......LOOOOOOOOL, I'm just poking fun at us seagulls that are currently circling over POR like a turkey vulture over roadkill ;-)

SO mean. But funny since I'll be one of the seagulls.
