The automated system was weird this morning, and very slow...hoping someone picks up soon, I have to be out of my house by 8!!

Same here. Said something about technical difficulties then to take the survey after....now Winnie The Pooh Hope it's all good.

I got the same thing, got nervous, hung up, and now I'm getting either busy signal, all circuits are busy, or non-working number messages. I may cry. I have to leave for work in ten minutes and am kicking myself for hanging up.
