Since I already had a 3-day hopper ticket when I went on my birthday, I opted for the 1-day pass to use within the next year. And since I was going to take my daughter for her birthday later on in the year, I thought I'd use it then. So when I went to the ticket counter to upgrade it to a 1-day hopper pass, I was told that I could not upgrade and it was only good at one park. Now what good is that going to do me since we had dinner reservations at Ariel's Grotto??? And why couldn't I upgrade it when I went back to use it but could have upgraded it on the day of my birthday???

I even went to Customer Service and the lady really had know clue what she was doing and had to ask someone in the back and I kinda of got the same answer.... and I couldn't even exchange it for the fun card which would have been fine since I could have used that. So now I have a ticket that I may not be able to use...oh and I had to buy a 1-day hopper pass for $97 when if I'd known about not being able to upgrade it, I would have just bought the SoCal 3-day hopper for $99. I was so upsest it just ruined my whole day

Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else....
