FP+ Shows/Parades - worth it? Your thoughts/experience?

Hi

I love the shows at all the WDW parks and I'm short (5ft 2) so I usually get to areas early. However, everything has changed now with FP+ priority access, restricted areas etc. We're all adults but 2 of us are short! and one has never been to WDW. So…

Would you use (waste?) fp+ on things like Wishes, B&B, etc? Or just risk seeing if there's one later on in the day after all fps have been used or not bother at all and go line up? We have a fantasmic dinner booking for the last night as it's our 'do not miss' event but we'll probably go see it on the other day too just incase disaster strikes on our last day and there's a thunderstorm or something.

Thanks

I think it really just has to do with your priorities. My son & I used FP+ for the Main Street Electrical Parade back in March. We still had to arrive early and wait in line to be let in to the roped off reserved area. We got front row and were able to see everything from a great spot.

We've been to WDW enough times that it's no big deal if we miss something. He really wanted a good spot for the parade so we did FP+.

For Wishes definitely. We do once a year (we go 3-5 times a year). My profile pic is my grandson in the Rose Garden for Wishes. Everyone sits on the ground and no one is blocking your view of Celebrate the Magic. We used them for B&B and Lights Motor. I think they were worthless for Lights Motor. The line joins well before the stadium..it didn't offer any benefit. B&B there is a separate entrance into the theater. We got center about 10 rows up.

Thank you, that's very useful :)
