FP+ during extra magic hours

Can you schedule FP+ during the evening magic hours? Or I guess morning too, although IMO that'd be a big waste!

2. AM EMH: process may be in transition.

We did EMH at MK...open until 1am. We walked on to every ride...so no fast pass needed. The only ride with a line was Peter Pan because it was closed down most of the day. If I remember correctly, none of the fast pass lines were open. They were scanning magic bands at the line entrances.
