Fp after 3rd fast pass

Friends,

Iam on day 3 of my 8 day wdw vacation.

I use mde app on Android sg3.

But for some reason, iam not able to book my fp after 3rd using my device.

Has anyone been able to do this and if so how.

If I try to book, app complains about system error..

I thought 4th fp+ and beyond are only possible through the kiosks in the park for now... not on any smart phones, etc.

you haven't been able to cuz you can't.
you have to go to one of the kiosks in the park that you want the 4th and so on fastpass for.

That is weird...because I spoke with a cast member on the phone yesterday that said you could book the additional fastpasses from your phone. He told me that if you have 3 booked, and use 1, that you can then book another immediately and it could be for any park. He said he just did this 2 weeks ago.

Of course this contradicts what I have read here. I hate when they tell you things that don't seem to be true.

I am going with my teen aged daughter in March and have never used the new fast pass system so was asking a few questions.

That phone CMs give out bad info is not weird, sadly, and all too frequent. You may find some answers to your questions in the green link in my signature.

Because he wanted to sound like he knew what he was doing when you asked him a question, but really had no idea? Sometimes people feel like they should always have the answer for someone's question, especially if it has something to do with their job. They don't want to seem unqualified in their position, so they may make a guess. It takes a certain level of maturity to admit to not knowing something. I see that with high school students all the time. It can take some people longer to grow out of it, and some never do. It can be hard to say 'I don't know.'
