Good morning all!
I know I am awfully late but have a great trip
MagiKitty!
Oh... and
LivinInTheCastle you have a wonderful trip too!
Pikester, thanks for your take on the touring plans. Yes, it really did help. I got a passporter but have not had a good chance to look at it yet.
I imagine I will keep notes on show times and have a first ride or two in mind but after that I imagine we will just be anywhere the wind blows. I will be sure to remind the guys to bump up their normal fastpass collecting. And of course, I won't forget to make the ever important ADRs as needed.
We will be in Florida for 2 weeks but will only be in the park for 10 days. Unless I missed something I think that 10 days is the longest park hopper we can get before jumping up to an AP. We usually get an AP in DL but they are a bit more costly in WDW. Anyway, that gives us a few days to rest a bit and take in a few sights around town.
It really stinks that you had such a crappy day! I hope your day got better after that little incident.
I don't think I ever had to go through anything like that with my kids but when our dog was a puppy she crapped all over the living room one night. I don't know how one little puppy could have made so much poo but it was everywhere! I somehow gagged my way through that. The dog immediately went to live outside about 6 months until I was positive she was house trained. She had another accident about a year ago but it was because she was on some medication. Now my DH has come up with the idea that we need to get another puppy for DD on her 10th birthday. I have already informed him I WILL NOT CLEAN UP DOG POO! The things poor mothers must endure!
whgrn, thanks for your input too! I do love TGM's best park days. If he is correct then I will be totally happy! Glad to hear that we will not have to race through the park at breakneck speed just to get a glimpse of most everything. I figure we will start with the things we have never seen and if we have time we can go back and check out the remaining things that are similar to what is at DL.
I hope you are feeling all better now.
racetrack18kb, yeah another opinion to set my mind at ease! You sound like you have had excellent results from TGM. The site really is very user friendly. The only problem I have is that there is just so darn much info on there! On occasion I have trouble finding something I read previously but he has a really good search function so I usually end up a happy camper.
M&N, I will try to remember KISS! When the boards start overloading my brain and the negative posts start to make me panic I will be sure to get back over here to the TKers so they can calm my nerves back down!

Pssssst.... I agree I would love to have upper 60's and lower 70's year round. When you think it is hot where you are at this summer... just think of me here BAKING in the hot Texas sun!
You are bound to be a little cooler than I am!
DL55, Thanks for more TGM input. Everyone around here seems to have common ideas on how to do the parks. Some of the people on the boards take their park touring very serious... down to the minute. I don't think I would find that enjoyable at all.
I hope that if someone saw my child being abducted someone would step in and take action against the criminal before he got away. I hope the policeman doesn't get punished for doing his job.
BKMETV Another TGMer! Best days I can do but I am not so sure about RD! Well, let me rephrase that.... I probably could do RD but I don't think I could get the rest of the family in gear that early. Thankfully during the off season the park opens a little later so we haven't lost too much time by the time we finally straggle in.
You've been way too long! Wendy is already back! Here trip report is back on page 191. Great read and wonderful pictures!
The weather here has been warm but good grief it is soooo windy! I've got flowers popping out everywhere but they get battered and blown away before I get a chance to actually enjoy them.
There have also been a few storms drifting around but so far nothing serious. We watched
Twister yesterday to get us ready for tornado season.
We have taken up a new sport around here. Balloon volleyball. I don't know where we come up with these ideas but we have always made up silly games to play here in the house. In this case our net is the back of the couch. Since they beg me nearly every night I decided it might be a good way to get in a little exercise. Since I have a slight handicap from being semi-old and out of shape DS gives me an advantage. He rolls around on the floor working on his mobility while I struggle to make my body move along with me from the other side. My face is a balloon magnet but at least it doesn't hurt. Even though you know it's coming it is still near impossible to not make a stupid face when the balloon smacks you.
Been good for quite a few laughs!
