Dumb Question. new passholder here. Where and how do I see/find out Good to Go Days? I don't see any in the calendar.
You can, but I have to call every single time because it does not recognize it for some reason. It will only allow me to reserve 5 days. Then I have to call, they say they've been having problems with this and IT is working on it; they book my other days and nothing ever gets fixed. It's definitely frustrating.Currently, if you are entering a WDW park using an AP, you will need a park reservation for your first park of the day, every day. It doesn't matter if you're onsite or not. There are a few exceptions, like if Disney declares a good-to-go day (usually because of lower crowds expected that day. You also can enter the parks after 2PM without a park res, except (I believe), MK on weekends. If you are staying onsite, you can make park reservations for the length of your stay, including check-in and check-out days.
You go to the AP Availability Calendar. It is clearly marked when a day is Good to Go. If you don't see any it is because there is none at this time. Note I've never seen them far in advance, more like within 30 days or less.Dumb Question. new passholder here. Where and how do I see/find out Good to Go Days? I don't see any in the calendar.
Sorry to hear that. I've booked park reservations for 9 stays over the past 3 years, and never had an issue booking the entire trip. Always want to do it through the "annual passes and hotel reservation" link, if it's a trip you're staying onsite. To be honest, it's possible I never got to more than 5 park reservations on a single reservation, though, as we'll often do a resort day in there. That's probably the 'trouble' spot. You can, but I have to call every single time because it does not recognize it for some reason. It will only allow me to reserve 5 days. Not a dumb question, veteran ap holder and I encountered the same confusion but it's due to your timing. Disney only releases good to go days like a few weeks out and through easter week Disney is expecting high crowds so there won't be good to days.Dumb Question. new passholder here. No @brockash is just a part of a stupid tech glitch. Most APs don't have issues making length of stay reservations, even over 5 days....it's possible I never got to more than 5 park reservations on a single reservation, though, as we'll often do a resort day in there. @brockash years back I had park reservations issues where I made a reservation and showed up and was told I didn't have a reservation, finally guest relations at one of the parks got hold of IT who did a deeper look or something into my account. They had to delete my old APs, apparently they stayed in the system and caused issues where my park reservations were trying to link to my expired APs instead of my current one or something convoluted like that. Never heard of anyone else having that particular glitch but I haven't had an issue since. I know it's different from your issue but might be worth asking if they can clear those out of your account next time you're getting into the weeds with IT if you've had more than 1 AP.
Thanks; I'll try that...I'll be calling in the next month to make my next trips reservations. No @brockash is just a part of a stupid tech glitch. Most APs don't have issues making length of stay reservations, even over 5 days.

If you will be entering a park using an Annual Pass (the theme of this thread) yes, you will be required to make a park reservation. The few exceptions are covered hereSo, no matter on/off site you have to make park reservations?
And hereYou do indeed need to make park reservations. This is why people in this thread are complaining!
However, if you're going to a park after 2 pm, you do not need a park reservation except for MK on Saturdays and Sundays. And also on Good to Go Days, you don't need a park reservation.

If you want to enter a park before 2 pm, then yes.So, no matter on/off site you have to make park reservations?
Our experience has been that Good to Go days aren't set by Disney until close to the actual date, like maybe less than 2 weeks before the date you want. There isn't any announcement. You just have to be looking for them.Dumb Question. new passholder here. Where and how do I see/find out Good to Go Days? I don't see any in the calendar.
That's our experience, too. In fact, I'm not sure we've looked for them in advance, but instead see them pop up closer to our trip - the app just shows our previous park reservation isn't needed because it's a good to go day - really not that helpful, really. I suppose if someone isn't staying on-site and is restricted to a certain number of days on an AP, the G2G days would open up a slot for them. Other than that, not sure it helps much. We've been hoping they become more frequent, and eventually move to eliminating the park reservations altogether - but that obviously hasn't happened yet.Our experience has been that Good to Go days aren't set by Disney until close to the actual date, like maybe less than 2 weeks before the date you want.
