First Ressie ??

I've searched, but couldn't find the exact answer, so hope you all can help! I just, I mean just on Friday, put down my intial $500 deposit to join DVC. Now I know the paperwork is in the mail, but my guide mentioned that I could call her today and go ahead and make our first ressies. However, I have again been calling all day and cannot get in touch with her. We want to go the week after Labor Day and I am worried it will be crowded DVC-wise for then so I need to go ahead and book. Just a 1-bedroom, though. Can I call MS yet? I'm thinking I would not be in their system at all. But surely I'd be in there at some point before closing since we don't close until June or July. I have to make a reservation before then! Any ideas, advice, tips or past experiences? Thanks!

You should be able to call MS and reserve now. Explain that you just bought - they might have to look up your member number for you.

The week after Labor Day isn't all that tough to get - you shouldn't have any problems getting your 1 bedroom, so don't worry if you can't get through today.
