I bet if you called back on June 2, you'll have better luck.I was told it could be Feb, March or April. I needed to commit to proceed. I actually did commit, but since I have a June use year

I don't think they had one for VGC as you couldn't differentiate what UY each contract was in. The Orange Co (FL) comptroller has the first page of the deeds available on their site which lists the UYs.That chart was helpful— I couldn’t find VGC but useful to know that only 5% of BCV contracts fall in my UY.![]()
Me, too!!! Exactly this! We closed on one, have one closing soon, and another waiting for ROFR now. I can't afford more, but I am itching like crazy!!!I can relate to this lol. We just closed on our 3rd contract last month. We do not need, nor can we afford, more points but I still feel the addonitis itch lol
If they don't sign soon make sure to contact the broker and ask if theres a reason why, our sellers contract went to "junk mail" and it delayed things a weekAaah. Why is waiting on the sellers to sign so anxiety inducing? We signed our offer yesterday morning. Hah. Still waiting for them to so I can know it’s heading to ROFR.
Good thinking. If I don’t see movement by tomorrow I’ll reach out. I figured they’d be wanting to get it going since I had a counteroffer within an hour on Mother’s Day.If they don't sign soon make sure to contact the broker and ask if theres a reason why, our sellers contract went to "junk mail" and it delayed things a week
It literally takes two seconds to sign so if they don't I just assume something could be amiss and doesn't hurt to ask for sureGood thinking. If I don’t see movement by tomorrow I’ll reach out. I figured they’d be wanting to get it going since I had a counteroffer within an hour on Mother’s Day.
Doesn’t surprise me based on some of the discounts I’ve read about— how far in the future are you looking at?Was just having a peak at a few confirmed reservations for when im visiting.
Some of the prices are higher than Disney direct. Like way higher.
I emailed this morning. Signed by noon. Hah. Whew. Now the wait begins. It literally takes two seconds to sign so if they don't I just assume something could be amiss and doesn't hurt to ask for sure
May the odds be ever in your favorI emailed this morning. Signed by noon. Hah. Whew. Now the wait begins.
Is anyone else only seeing 970 ish listings on dvcforless.com?
Where did the other 300 go in the past few days?
It looks like DVCRM either blocked reporting or there is a breakage in how the data is being scraped. But they are the broker where this delta is coming from.
There's also some weirdness over the www.fidelityrealestate.com site. I have no idea what is up there--and has been for a few days now.It looks like DVCRM either blocked reporting or there is a breakage in how the data is being scraped. But they are the broker where this delta is coming from.
YesTechnical question since I don’t know how this all works…could a business add something that would prevent a third party site from collecting its info and posting it?
Meaning can DVCRM put something in place on their end that stops their listings from showing up in this site?
