Feedback on Prestige Town Car??

Anyone have any experience with this company? We have used Tiffany and Happy Limo in the past but are ready for a change. Any feedback would be helpful. We are staying at the WL and will need a car seat and the grocery stop.

They seem the cheapest and I'm wondering if there is a reason why......

Hi. We just got back from our trip this evening and we used Prestige. They were great. Dennis was our driver and when he picked us up to take us to our resort, he was right on time. He even had a car seat in the back. Our kids however are 14 and 11, so that car seat went right in the trunk. LOL. Still plenty of room for our luggage though. On the way, he asked us if we wanted a grocery stop. (We didn't). This morning, he was actually a little early for our pick up to the airport. He wanted to make sure we got to the airport on time just in case of traffic etc. Dennis was also very friendly and answered our questions about Disney and Florida.

I was also wondering why they were the cheapest but you should have no worries at all. I highly recommend them.

I used them last February and will be doing so again in May! Absolutly no problems!

We used them in January and they were great! I hadn't heard much about them, so asked on several boards and got back only good reports. They were just $80.00 round trip (and that included to all WDW resorts, including the MK resorts which alot of towncar companies charge more for). We also stayed at the WL, by the way. At least we started at the WL. We did a split stay and was dropped of at WL and picked up at AKL.

The drivers mentioned the most when I was researching them was Ray and Rafael. We didn't get either one and I'm afraid I forgot our driver's name, but he was Brazilian and it was difficult to pronounce. Anyway, we had him both ways and he was very prompt, professional, friendly, and a safe driver. I found out from him later that Rafael is the 'boss' as well as part time driver. Before we even left MCO he verified the price and that our pickup would be at a different hotel and the time of pickup.

I would highly recommend them.

Oh, our driver also gave us his card with both the office # and his cell # on it, just in case our plans changed and we wanted to leave earlier.

We used Prestige for our Christmas trip and they were wonderful. They picked us up on time at the airport and then took us from Portofino Bay to AKL again on time. We had a very early flight on Christmas Day and were picked up at 5am on time and he was still friendly!!!! We were so impressed with the service we tripled the last tip.

Question about trunk size in a town car... How much fits in there?? We will have 2 lrg suitcases, 2 small, lr stroller and a few carry ons.. Will this all fit in the trunk??

We used Prestige just a few weeks ago and our driver (Jose) was extremely friendly (very talkative) and very patient while we waited for our luggage (and a bathroom break) and a grocery stop. When you reserve online you also get a $5 coupon (which we thought made the price $80) - but Jose gave us another $5 off. He was there for our pick-up at OKW about 15 minutes earlier than expected b/c he said he didn't want to keep us waiting. We all liked him/them a lot!

We also used Prestige in Oct.

I was sort of nervous since I booked it myself as an anniversary surprise for my DH and I didnt know what to expect.

I called 3 companies before Prestige and none of them gave me the "warm and fuzzy feeling" like when I talked to the people at Prestige.

We even requested a half hour earlier pick up time for the airport and Ray was there waiting for us!!!

It was a fun experience and I for sure would do it again!!!
It was funny cause as we were heading to baggage claim theres the Disney Resort store so my DH says lets go in there well I know if I said no hed know somthing was up cause since when wouldnt I want to go to a Disney store

we went through there pretty fast so as were coming down the esclators Im glancing around for our driver and didnt see him.

so when DH went to get the luggage I was going to look around alittle and just turned around and there was our driver!!!

My DH was speechless for the first time cause he had just turned around and saw the sign with our names!!!

Our driver was Ray and he thought that was pretty funny how the surprise almost got ruined since we were in the Resort shop!!!

Trunk room question... We will have 2 lrg suitcases, 2 sm suitcases, a large stroller and a couple carryons. Will there be enough room for all this in the trunk? There will be 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids)

They incread their price to $90, instead of $80...anyone know of any places that charge $80 round-trip for a towncar?

Yes, the website says $90.00. When did you get it for 80.00? Was it a while back. I wish it was still $80.00.

I booked mine on march 22 and it was 80$ glad I saved the whole page with all my reserv. info and not just the coupon with the 5$ discount. Hope there's no problem getting my original price.

We just used Prestige last week for our trip and had Dennis! What a great guy he is.. He was waiting for us at baggage right when we got in at 6:30am, had a booster seat for my dd, stopped by Publix Market for me on the way to the hotel and chatted with us the whole trip.. When it was time for them to pick us up he was there almost 30 minutes early waiting for us and again was so very friendly to the whole family! By the way I can't believe how much luggage they can fit in those town car trunks! We had a ton plus a large stroller and it all fit!!
