I am so HAPPY this thread was created and that I found it! if it wasnt for the commitment I made here I would have found excuses (it's sunny, it's cloudy, etc....)to not exercise as much as I knew I could have/did
so far this month I'm at: 235/1000
Add 50 more for me. It's so nice I've actually been able to take the dog for walks the past 2 days instead of doing the Wii fit. It hit 67 degrees today! That's warmer that it was at WDW when we were there about 3 weeks ago!
Went for a 40 minute walk today (temps finally warmed up to the 40's, so we dodged the ice and walked outside!) and then worked out for 70 minutes at the Y, so I'm up to 255/1000!
I'm going for another 1200 minutes..........thx for doing this!!
2/1............70 minutes walking in the FL sun!!
2/4............65 minutes
2/5............60 minutes
2/8............70 minutes biking in the NJ sun!!

305 for me in the first week, I'm happy with that right now just cause I was so busy with a lot of stuff this week. Hoepfully I get get about 500 by next Sunday
I went back to the Y today and did 30 minutes on the Cybex elliptical and 30 minutes on the Precor elliptical (My knee is keeping me off the treadmill for now!).

I will update when I get the chance....soon! My DD17 has been to numerous drs, urgent care & er the last 2 weeks for unknown abdominal pain & I've not had the chance to get on......or exercise!! OUCH!!!! Hopefully tomorrow after I'm rested from being awake 42 hours straight....UGH!!!! Last nights 4 hours didn't really help much.
