I'm in for 1000. This is a great idea. I love anything that'll get me to spend an extra 10 minutes when I'd like to quit! For the month so far, I have
2/2 50 minutes (40 elliptical, 10 treadmill)
2/3 50 minutes (30 treadmill, 20 recumbent bike)
2/4 45 minutes (bike 30, rowing 15)
Haven't done anything the last couple of days, so I'm at 145/1000. thanks for the challenge!
I am so HAPPY this thread was created and that I found it! if it wasnt for the commitment I made here I would have found excuses (it's sunny, it's cloudy, etc....)to not exercise as much as I knew I could have/did
