February Exercise Challenge - Your Heart will LOVE you for it!!

So for weekending 2/21 I'm up to 723/1000 for the month of Feb... so I have to 'step it up' to make up for some lost time!!
Either way, Feb has by far been the first month I was consistent with exercising regularly and where I pushed myself beyond where I would have just stopped... all because I was tracking my time!! THANKS so much!! :cutie: now if only that darn scale would work properly and that needle will move to the left!!

I made my goal this month- 1025/1000. That's 2 months in a row for me, which I don't think I ever did last year. Maybe 2009 will be my year. Now if I could just curb my junk food eating, maybe I'd lose some weight.;)

finally off to update now or soon.....ok, at least today.

I have really lost it this month with DD being ill.....2 ER visits, 2 urgent care visits, 7 dr visits & 3 lab visits for tests since 1/30....and that was just for her. Add my mammogram (yesterday...everything crossed that it is OK), 2 dental visits for DS, having to drive DS19 to/from bus to UNM due to his car having a new engine put in, plus everything else and it is no wonder!

Next month HAS to be BETTER!! .....Doesn't it?????

The surgeon we really like and trust says DD has no hernia recurrence, she has a 'very severely torn groin muscle and ligament'. Good but bad....no surgery, just time to heal.....UGH!!!!!!

I will post March thread sometime today! Keep on moving!!
 
I've done 475 minutes of exercise since 2/17/09, I'm so excited! :banana: Keep being active everyone! I hope to exercise tonight while the evening is still young. :) 9:00PM I squeeked out 70minutes of exercise tonight. :woohoo:

Sorry to hear about the health problems in your family and hope that your DD is feeling better soon and that your mammo comes out OK.

This thread is really helpful. This is my first month involved and it really helps the motivation. I appreciate your taking the time to keep it up with all that is going in in your live right now.

Yay, I worked super hard this month and I finally got to my goal :) I had 1025 last time I checked in and now, after played two and a half hours of racquetball the past few days, have boosted my total amount of minutes to 1730!!! More are on the way too, I'm about to hop on the treadmill for a bit.
