February Exercise Challenge - Your Heart will LOVE you for it!!

As of yesterday I am at 1153/1200.

Just oh so close. I think I will actually make it this month! Today is the day.

I'm glad to hear you finally have an answer to your daughters pain, and hope she feels better soon. What a month for you. March has to be better. Hang in there.

Missed my goal again. I'm slightly dissapointed, but this was probably the busiest month I've ever had.

I have now exercised an average of 111 days straight. I just wish my scale could support that victory. Oh well, patience Brenda, one step at a time will get you to the finish line.

I haven't had a chance to post this month but I have been exercising... I have 900/1000 for the month...
 
final update of February is up. .......on to March!!
 
Julie - so happy for you that your dd has a diagnosis!! And that it's something as "simple" as that, that will heal and be done with (fingers crossed and pixie dust sent :wizard: )

My month ended bad, have a stress fracture...ugh.
 
I think I had about 85/500. Not even near the goal, but at least I did create other healthy habits, so exercise is a priority next month. ::MickeyMo::MickeyMo
