I was taking LoEstrin and once I started to take that I have not had my (.) again, so I stopped taking it all together. UGGGG
I weigh in tonight.
So we left off Sunday with a 2.5 run/walk outside, with steak for V day dinner (yummy)
Monday dinner was very very bad about 20 points. I did not work out, so while watching the Olympics I did 100 squats and 50 pushups.
Tuesday Nothing at all
Wednesday, so far I have done 9 mins on the elliptical (the baby got up at 5:30AM and I had to get of the elliptical.)
Before I weigh in tonight, I hope to get a run in or at least something.
Ya know, for those who may be reading this, I want to say that Yes, Weight Watchers is great, working out is great, I sm getting so skinny, but it is not happening like that.
I do like Weight Watcher for one main reason, I does make you aware of how much you are eating, I am grateful for that. But there are day, when I am so hungry I could eat the left over cheerios that are on the floor in my mini van
I do LOVE the work outs, I LOVE the feeling when I'm done and my legs are tight and I really feel like I did something,
The main issue I have is that I would think I would see bigger #'s on the scale. I have not drank any soda at work at all, I did have some on the weekend but that's it. Took the kids to Mc Donald's and I got a Grilled Chicken Salad. I am making major changes, but nothing is changing in the scale or the way my cloths fit. So Frustrating, I hope to see some change soon, I need to see some changes to keep me going.
Ok, don't tell my DH, but my goal is to be thin enough to want to wear a black dress by our anniversary (oct) .
