Fatty's Trek to Couch 2 Princess 1/2 2011

Did you get your run in? I did a mile tonight and i'm going to see if there's swelling in the morning...i'm itching to get moving again! If i'm not much worse for the wear - i'm going to try to start building my mileage back up again
 
Hello laides, Happy Sunday,
I did not get my run in. I think going to super walmart is a work out in itself.. Not to mention, why do you have to spend so much money when you shop there. UGG....

I did run first thing Saturday Morning, 2 miles in 29 mins 58 sec. but It was hard for me. I am going to try it again today. I am home with no kids!!!! DH took them to the pet store for food for our dog.


Ok, so I think there is somthing major worng with me. I started a new birthcontrol pill I have not had my "." in 2 months, Doc says that is normal on this pill, but I feel like I am gaing weight. (I have taken at least 6 home test and I am not PG.) I think I am going to stop this pill. Can you stop a pill mid month???

I know that was TMI but, I just wonder if there is anyone out there with the same issue?

I'm off to do dishes, laundry, run with NO KIDS!!!!! for the next hour at least
 

No workout on Sunday.

I hope to run or somthing tonight after work.
Today the main goal is no pop.
I found out that if I give up one pop day for the next year, I could loose 25lbs in a year!!!

Sorry Coke a Cola, you have just lost some income!
 
I'm learning from others that a rest day is a good thing. This week, I'm taking kind of a rest week and only focusing on getting in the 20 min. for the COW.

I like rest weeks!!! :lmao

My diet has been pretty good today, NO SUGAR, but too high carbs,
Oatmeal, Wheat Thins, Granola Bar, Salad, and Lean Pocket.
No POP!!!
 
15 mins on Elliptical last night
but that was washed out by coffee cake that was at the office this morning, I had two pieces.

Subway for lunch is the plan, run tonight.

did you get your run in? I have to run tonight - but probably won't get to it until about 8 or so...oy, the longer runs take a lot of time, so i have to schedule them in! LOL

Hello everyone, thanks for following me on this "trek" of mine

So thursday night I did come home and do 30 mins of a step aerobics dvd,
then yesterday I did my 2 miles in 30 mins.
Today, I did 15 mins on the elliptical.....
then today the girls had a birthday party, where I ate, beer bread, chocolate covered strawberry, and some veggie pizza thing,
So there went my WW points for the day.

But At least no POP and I worked out 3 days in a row!!!
 
being consistent is key, so :thumbsup2 on 3 days of working out!

Sunday I did 20 mins on the elliptical!!!
Good thing, cuz the girls had another birthday party at a jump play place, the baby had so much fun, she was so cute! Anyway, Pizza & Pop:sad2:

But I did track it with my Weight Watcher points, I still good for the week.
Today was Oatmeal for Breakfast, and grilled chicken salad for lunch, no pop just water. I am telling myself its OK to have pop on the weekend. At least for now!!!

Full week of work for me. Can't I just win the lotto and say home!:)

Saturday we are taking the girls to Disney on Ice, I can't wait, They don't know we are going they are going to be so happy
