great job getting all that movement in...and on the running! woohoo...

i'm slow, but as long as i'm moving - i don't worry about it
 
I weighed in last night down 2.2, so a total of 8lbs so far, I started WW Jan 20th, so in 30 days, I guess thats not so bad.

So Before work I did a quick 1.5 miles in 20 mins on the treadmill
I do know that a month ago I could not do that. I would have only done a mile and I would of walked the whole time. But I am upset that 2 weeks ago I was doing 3 miles, and now it seems so hard. I think its part, getting sick of TM and part don't want to be on it that long. I am hoping Saturday I can pull 3 miles.

I am still working out everyday, Last night I did Jillian again, tonight I just got hte Wii game Just Dance, I heard thats a workout to play that game so I plan on trying that one tonight.
 
here's an idea of what you can do to mix up your TM workout

so every minute -- at 1:00, bump the speed up or down a little bit....at 2:00, change the incline, at 3:00 change the speed up or down a little bit, at minute 4:00 bump the incline back down, etc...it doesn't have to be a lot, just enough to change it

this not only challenges your body, but keeps it interesting since you're not staying at a set pace - and you're watching for the minute to change so you can change your pace or incline...

when i had a trainer, she used to have me do this
 

by the way, the first 2 miles of every run sucks for me...my legs don't warm up until AFTER that! :thumbsup2

so i'm like...ugh, ew, this sucks...then suddenly it seems easier
 
Deb, thanks for the Tips.
I am going to try for 3 this weekend. The path I take outside is 2.5, I would love to do it twice, even if I have to walk it the second time.
I will let you know who it goes.
I just need to push past the 2 mile mark

I did 4 miles on Saturday, I ran for 2 of them, I was trying for 5 but I just ran out of energy.

Had a Girls night out party, and I drank and ate way way to much.
So the goo workout on Saturday will not help me with the weigh in, but at least I know I did it.. Can't wait for the weather to get much warmer and I can go outside alot more.

Weighed in last night, I'm Up .2, I'll take that! I know i eat very bad this weekend.

Yesterday's work out, 8min on elliptical before work,
and 2.2 miles on the treadmill after work!
 
Hi CC Thanks for checking in,

THRusday was no work out,
Friday was 20 min on Elliptical and 30 min walk outside pushing kids in stroller.
Saturday was 2 miles on TM in 27 mins.
So far today nothing, but I plan to do elliptical.
I am doing good on my points this week so far, so I am hoping for a loss.
I just canceled my WW monthly pass, It ends at the end of this month, Its getting hard to get to the meeting without the kids, so I am doing to do the on line WW. I hope that still works.
ALso CC I just found a new WW 1 point bar, Mint Cookie, YUMMY!

I hope Deb is doing well!
 
Weighed in last night, down 1.6!!

Sunday no work out,
Monday run 14 min Mile, thats all I had time for, had to get the kids
Tuesday 2.5 outside in about 35-37mins
Wednesday 2 miles outside in about 28 mins
Thursday, I think I am taking today off to give my legs a rest. Plan on trying for 3 miles on Saturday and Sunday.

Workout Update

Thursday, day off
Friday, I did 15 min on Elliptical
Saturday 3 Miles outside in 40min!1
Sunday, nothing (and ate like a big)
Today I hope for 3 miles outside again.

I am starting to noticed my clothes are a little bigger!!!:thumbsup2
