Fatty's Trek to Couch 2 Princess 1/2 2011

Hi CC, Thanks for the post.

I did another 2 miles outside yesterday, but I was a hard walk/run.
I have been very very very bad with eating. So not looking forward to my weight in.

Why is it that some people (me!) Emotional Eat. I been having some good workouts, then I eat a cheeseburger, or have turkey no bun for dinner, but eat chips. and today OMG. Someone had coffee cake here, so I just had to eat it, more than one piece. There has to be a way to tell my brain to stop eating junk.

I do want to be thin more than I want the junk, but sometimes I feel so defeated that, its like just scr@w it and I eat. Like last night, sad I had a bad run, so with dinner I eat chips and then the junk this morining.

Well thats it for now. Back to work.
 
I am such an emotional eater. I feel you. I "WISH" it was better for you (and me).
 
you're doing so great getting your exercise in! So proud of you -- look at those miles rack up. I hope you're writing those numbers down somewhere...watching the mileage accumulate is great fun and really inspiring

woohoo on clothes getting loose, and also on the weight loss

we all have days like that - with food...and emotional eater, hello - right there with you - it's a constant struggle, but i'm starting to realize if i eat right BEFORE i feel hungry, i make better choices...lots of small things closer togehter, rather than waiting
 
Ok, so Tuesday and Wednesday no workout

Thursday 30 min on Elliptical with raising the levels, Good workout for me.
Eating was alittle better yesterday, but I think that is because I was busy.

I hope to get a workout in everyday this weekend.! Wish me luck!

STOMACH BUG!

Still not 100% but getting better.

Cross your fingers that DH & DDs dont get it.

I am not on WW anymore, my membership is expired, so I am going to try to save money and count my points on my own.

I will update later in the week.

Workouts have not happened at all.

and i had an issue with come cookies, 5 in one day about 800 cal.
OMG

Hope to get back in the grove soon, my race is just 10 days away
 
make sure you check in here often to stay accountable, it will help - you can do this...you know the basics of counting points, so you can stick with that...and you have your race coming up - so keep moving!

Yes I have been of the wagon. I am back on alittle bit
Saturday 2.5 miles in about 47ish min.(then dinner with DH and friends)
Sunday Too Hungover for words
Monday 15 mins on elliptical before work (ok with eating, could be better but not so bad)
Today 15 miln power 1 mile walk at my lunch. But eating has been bad, A coworker brought in pound cake. Well I eat more than my share of that.
Hope to get some time on the treadmill or elliptical tonight.

my eating has been off too this last week - I'm working my way to getting back on track fully...we all go through this, you aren't alone! :love:

Still bad with eating, but I am doing my workouts

singed up for a 4mile in two weeks!!!
