Hello everyone,

I am new to this posting board so please bear with me. My DH Rick and DD Lexie 15 (at time of cruise) and I, Amy, will be joining you all on this cruise. This will be our 6th Disney cruise and needless to say we are looking forward to going on The Fantasy. Did the Med. Cruise last summer and thought it was fabulous! Looking forward to meeting some people here.

My daughter, Melissa (19), and I just booked this cruise, the July 21 Fantasty! We are very excited and hoping to meet others who will be cruising with us this summer! We have cruised on the Magic before and are looking forward to cruising on the Fantasy.

My DH and DD (15) will be on this cruise. This will make all 4 ships for us. We have been on 3-, 4-, and 5-night trips for us. Looking forward to making it 7 nights.

I don't know if there is a thread for this, but we are celebrating after making the final payment! My daughters (13 & 9), myself, and my wife can't wait to board. See you in a quarter and change.

Congratulations Andre! Does it seem more real now?

When DCL offered reduced price guarantee rooms last month, I rebooked and upgraded to a balcony and had to pay in full at that time. I lost my $250 OBC but still saved about $800 overall. In three more days I will be able to start booking my ressies!

I hope this thread will get more active. We have less than 3 months to go. Are any of you planning on visiting any of the parks before or after the cruise? We will be doing Disney before and Universal after.

Happy Easter, DISers!

Just had my sister here with us for a few days of spring break. She and her DH are cruising with us this summer as their FIRST Disney cruise! It was fun going through all of our photo albums (My DH and I will be on our 12th Disney Cruise on the Fantasy) and helping her put together a pirate night outfit. SO much fun 'sharing the magic'!

DH and I were more than a bit frustrated, however, that new DCL policy would not allow us to book excursions for our party of four....only for ourselves. Seems like this penalizes us back to first time cruiser status for bringing new cruisers on with us. Anyone else find this a bit backwards? I would think they would ENCOURAGE us to bring new cruisers in......

ANYWAY....anyone else planning to do the Castaway 5K with me??? My DH just found a thread that shows they now have medals and bib numbers and everything! SO excited!

Anybody out there?????? We are getting closer and closer!!

It sure is getting close to our cruise!
Penny, we don't plan to run the 5K, but we sure look forward to swimming and the beautiful Island at Castaway. We enjoy that barbeque, too. My daughter, Melissa does plan to workout on the cruise, though. She's looking forward to the exercise equipment overlooking the ocean.

Thanks for the photo feedback, Susan! DH was able to fix them once we knew they weren't just appearing funky to us!

We also did the FE exchange on the cruise that we were just on and my kids loved it!!

If anyone is interested in doing it this time, let me know and I can get a list started.

Sure! We had lots of fun doing this on the Magic! We are less than 100 days away! How many rooms are in the fish extender exchange so far?
