Fantasmic Dinner Pkg question

We have an ADR for the Fastasmic Dinner pkg for our family of 4 at hollywood and vine. My mom just passed away a few weeks ago and so now my brother is coming to visit us in Disney for a few days and he will be there for this. Do you know if they will just let him sit with us or do I need to try to change the ressie? We are on the dining package and he is not since he is not a big eater and is only coming for a couple of days. Anyone know?

I suggest that you make a phone call and change the ressie to add your brother to the table.

They need specific info on the number of guests in your party so as to have room at or near your ressie time.

In reality, if you showed up with an extra person, probably not the end of the world and you'd still be seated. However, you should call and ammend the ADR you made if you can. Makes things easier on the CM's.

I'd definitely call ahead of time and add him to the reservation. It would be horrible if you all showed up and they wouldn't seat him. I don't think they would refuse but there's no need to take that chance when all it takes is a simple phone call. Lisa

I agree with everyone else. Call and change the reservation to add him. They may let him join you for dinner but they might not give him a pass for Fantasmic. Best bet is call and avoid a potential problem

Sorry about your loss.

However, yes, you do need to call and add him for FDP since when booked FDP you need to put a deposit per person (your card doesn't get charged)and you get charged ($10 I think?) for every person who doesn't show up without a 24 hour cancellation.
