Hey Mad, I thought of you this weekend. Dh went looking at houses on Saturday. We found one that we really liked. What do you think we should happen to find as we were coming down the stairs????????? A KRAKEN!!! When I said "Oh My God, it's a Kraken" our realtor looked at me like I had 12 heads, but DH knew what I meant b/c I had told him about the pic of your bug. Anyway, we took that as a definite sign to put in an offer and we found out today it was accepted. Yeah, we've been calling at"The House of Kraken" or "The house that Kraken built". We probably won't think it's soo funny when we move in and there are a bunch of them though, huh?

I am still calling them Krakens! I scream from the laundry area- AAHHHHH- ITS A KRAKEN!

You will all be glad to know it had the KRAKEN-exterminator here today- he bombed the area under our front porch that leads to the basement- and he sprayed all downstairs!- he said they are common in our area- I told him I dont care if they are common- I dont want to see them! I would rather be in a room full little mice than KRAKENS!! (no I didnt call them Krakens to his face! )

That is so stupid it is funny... Our Captain and "The Chicken Dance" do not match up too well, but it was a unique idea. I cannot tell you how many times in beer halls in Munich, Germany years ago we danced to that song during the real Oktoberfest....so I kinda like that song, good memories...
