Excursion Advice for Tortola & St. Thomas

We've decided on a last minute cruise on the Fantasy - DH, me, and DD23. DH and DD would like to snorkel and I would like to "float".

Any excursion choices that we shouldn't miss? We are looking for a pleasant day at each location - easy transportation, clean facilities (important to me), opportunity for shade (important to DH) and relaxing but fun - (the fun is important to DD lol)

Turtle Bay snorkeling was great. We booked based on a travel agent recommendation. End up being a sail boat with 2 large parties (ours of 9 and one with 12). We had a great time. Saw 4-5 large turtles on the trip.
