No yard work for me. Did it once when we first moved in and after about 2 hours (clearing out years of dead leaves) i was ready to scratch my eyes out of their sockets and was so stuffed up i had to breath through my mouth, plus use my inhaler.

We also do not plant anything as the deer eat almost anything.

What was the last movie you watched?

I watched The Hottie and The Nottie Saturday afternoon. I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm planning on seeing the new Pirates movie Sunday afternoon.

Well i don't go to the theater to see movies, so the last movie i watched on tv was Men In Black.

I don't usually go to the theater either, most of my movie watching is with Netflix. But if you can get to the first showing of the day, it only costs $5.

Susan how is Netflix?
Right now we only have a simple plan, so most things i would like to watch are only available on DVD, is it worth it to switch to DVD?

I like Netflix. We've been using them a couple of years now. We've only had DVD from them. We're very pleased with their service. There's a disbursement center about an hour and a half away from here so we get movies fairly quickly. I can mail one back to them on Monday and have a new one by Thursday, every now and then Wednesday.

You can change your account real easily. You can even suspend your account for awhile if you need to. We're on the one at a time, unlimited per month at the moment because we really don't watch more than one movie a week. I figure if we watch two a month we're breaking even. I have 200+ in my queue. I'm watching movies right now that came out in 2009. That's how far behind I am. :rotfl: I look at the paper each week to see what's new and add them to my queue. They let you do that even though they are not on DVD yet. In fact, I have a couple of movies that I remember seeing a long time ago that are not on DVD yet but they're there in case the do come out.

We're thinking about going to streaming later this year. Maybe as a Christmas present.

How many email addresses do you have?

I have two but one I rarely use.

I know Carol has at least three, as does James. Joe has two, he shares one of mine.

Thanks Susan.

John and i each have 2 email addresses.

Well i have been through the first three, so i am going with tsunami.

Not sure how many email addresses I have, but only use two of them.

As for todays QOTD.....I would say it is a toss up between earthquake, and tsunami. We had a big earthquake that I still think about almost weekly, and that happened years ago. And because of the two recent tsunami scares, and knowing what damage it can do to where I live, it is very scary.

I would not be afraid of a hurricane. You can track them. A tsunami, maybe but in some cases we know in advance. Earthquakes, yes, they are unpredictable. Definately tornados. You know they might be coming but they are like earthquakes, unpredictable.
