That means I can plant my flowers this month, we open the pool this month, I can take my summer clothes out of the attic this month, it's the last full month of school - I think I'm going to love this month!!!!!

**The store is starting to get have some more business now that it's getting a little warmer, and not as wet - it's great!!!! None of this business is due to that school event that I did Oh well, what are you going to do?!

I'm glad that April is behind us---a lot of sadness/bad news.

(Wallyb--sorry, I had to use Minnie)--- One of my first cousins is graduating next week with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. I'm so proud of her because she stuck to getting a degree even though she got married after her first year of university. Our Grandma would be pleased that all 3 of granddaughters graduated from universities (the 3 grandsons---well they had some courses, but none graduated).

This is going to be one busy day for me!!!!!

I need to get to work early so I can continue preparing for a car show that I'm doing tomorrow (I paid to have a booth there) + I need to get work ready for my employee to do tomorrow + help customers (I've been having more business, which has been wonderful ) Then I need to leave at 4pm to go get Katie, get us all changed, do hair, so we can go out to dinner with my in-laws at Horseshoe Casino - Jack Binnons (sp?). It's my in-laws 40th Anniversary + my MIL just retired (her last day was 4/30). Then we are going to their house to open their gifts, then come home, get the girls in bed, do some final prep for the car show, and then finally go to bed Yep.......I'm going to be tired when this day is over!!!

What an awful day yesterday!!!
It was so cold and windy, that it made the day very unenjoyable It was so windy, that my American Family friend and I (we were next to each other) had to literally hold the tents down, because they would blow away if we didn't (hers did blow away early in the morning). Finally by 11:30am it started spitting rain, and Kevin and I decided to take my tent down, and put away everything in it. He told me to go walk around and hand out my coupons while he packed up the car. Then after I came back, I told my AmFam friend that I would mind her tent, so she could go hand out some pens. The car show gave out the awards at 12:30pm and then we were out of there!!!!!!! (they were suppossed to give out awards at 4pm). I came home, got the girls, put Katie down for a nap, and Stephanie and I laid on my bed and cuddled under a blanket - I was so so cold !!!!!! Kevin was driving to Indy that afternoon, and he said he was going to have it butt warmers on the whole time Yesterday was not nice, not nice at all!!!!



Well, I gotta run and get some breakfast made

Morning Taglikins!

Today is pack up the suitecase day (gotta make sure everything fits) and haircut and pedicure and any final shopping. I didn't want to try and do everything after work Mon & Tue as I may have to work late. Wednesday my friend Cheri comes down from Prescott and stays overnight so I can take her to the airport Thursday AM. She's heading to Port Canaveral the day BEFORE me. THAT will be a hard morning to go to work!

After today, four more days, then the vacation officially begins!

Slo I'm so sorry yesterday wasn't a good day. Do you have anything fun planned for today?

ibouncetoo I hope you have a fab trip, I love the packing stage, it makes the trip seem so much closer!!

I had a nice day yesterday. My SIL and BIL came to visit with my nephew who is now 10 weeks old. Here's a quick picture!!

It was a lovely day so we went for a walk in the country park and then had a BBQ for dinner.

Tomorrow is a public holiday in England so no school!! So we are going to Alton Towers instead. We are going to ride the coasters, but are mainly going as I want to practice taking pictures with my new camera and the gardens there are beautiful.

We had to turn on the a/c today.

Danauk-- your nephew is adorable. I was practicing with our latest camera and took some nature shots of our young trees, azealas, and our favorite neighborhood rabbit.

I was noticing in the rabbit's picture earlier that you can make out the back of a house in his eye. I took the photo about 25 feet away in our yard while it was in our neighbor's yard.

Ibouncetoo--- I'm excited to hear your trip report in a couple of weeks.

My parents are excited that they get to do a surprise trip to Boston next week for my Sister's baby shower. My sister did request some Disney (Pooh) items in her baby registry.

I had a pretty productive day yesterday.
Stephanie and I finished her report and her poster that goes with it. Then I cleaned, cleaned, cleaned for about 4 hours. Vacuumed, dusted, Murphy Oil Soaped all the wood work - I felt really good when that was all done I really wanted to be outside (it was really beautiful here yesterday), but I had to get that cleaning done, and now it is

Hey Wallyb how was Dolly? I hope you enjoyed the show. Thanks for the mothers day reminder, but ours was over a month ago! (I did remember!) Our fathers days though always seem to be the same day. Wierd!

Slo You go girl with the cleaning. I need to do that too. We are hiring a skip (sorry UK term, I mean dumpster!) in 2 weeks so we can have a huge clear out and get rid of all the excess soil that is piled up in the garden now we have re built the bunny palace (it isn't a hutch now it is a palace, Pete way over engineered it!)

NCBelle Cute pictures. We went to Alton Towers today, spent the morning riding the coasters and the afternoon trying to figure out the new camera by taking lots of pictures in the gardens!

Today has been a good day. Although it was overcast and slightly rainy this morning I got to ride my favourite coasters. Right now it is nearly 9pm, my ceiling fan is on as the house is still warm (even though the back door is open), the sun is just setting so it is still quite light and the air con in the bedroom has been switched on for the 1st time. Summer is almost here, whoooooo.

Well it's been forever again since the last time I visited the Tagliarchy. Time just escapes me these days.

Yesterday was Sophia's 1st Birthday Party. It was a great success with about 20 kids (ranging in age from 7 months to 12 years) and about 20 adults. I don't do birthday parties at our house, so we had it at The Little Gym. The kids had a great time, even Sophia. (Two of her boyfriends from her Little Gym class were there. ) Our princess still won't touch food, so her smoosh cake was pretty much still in tact when we threw it away - just a tiny corner missing where she had help with her spoon.

OMG, I can't believe you're about to leave. I'm sure you've already posted here about all your plans, but I was wondering what excursions you're doing. Our booking day is coming up in just 2 weeks and OF and I have yet to look at what's available, especially with two little ones.

If I don't get back on before you leave, HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME!!!
