My sister and I had one when we were young (early to mid twenties). We didn't use it much and eventually tossed it in the trash. We did not have any adverse effects from using it, but we weren't particularly serious about it either. I know a lot of people are wary of using one, and I respect their choice. It's possible that something bad could happen, but it didn't to us.

Um no. It isn’t so much the board itself but I don’t think you should be summoning something because you may get something you don’t want .
I also don’t go on ghost tours.

I think you're more likely to summon spirits that were great bargain hunters in this world. Could be helpful!

I'm glad the Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't forbid Ouija boards, those were some good memories we made as kids!

Used to do it at slumber parties as a kid but haven't played with one since.

The power of the subconscious mind that makes a Ouija board 'work' is fascinating to me though.

Right? That's how I feel about it, at least the ones made by Milton Bradley or whatever. Now, if you are excavating an ancient tomb and run across a ouija board made of onyx and bone - well, maaaaaybe leave that one alone! Just in case of course.

No interest and never used one. I think they are probably as reliable as reading your horoscope.............LOL. Apparently some people are opposed to them on religious grounds, but never quite understood that connection either.
