OMG! I certainly felt like Maggie today, hitting the jackpot clearance in Joann's.

I had an hour to kill and "wandered" into Joann's. Since I'm religiously doing W.W. and having most meals at home now, I had some extra "fast food cash"

Here is what I got

Oh wow AWM - I love that pirate ship for the cuttlebug...and the birthday pieces...I love the mickey cuttlebug emboss folder - it really is alot of fun to use. As for falling off the bandwagon - I totally did...I just bought a desk with hutch, an office in a tower (like a thin bookshelf with drawers and slots for scrap paper), chair and small side table (where the expression will sit) - so far my scrap room is going to be well furnished - and we don't have any beds for our new condo - so I'll have a place to scrap but no place to sleep....oh dear...this addiction is really a problem....

The rest are all heidi grace designs

Earth movement paper (a green shaded washed paper) 25 sheets $2.00
Garden flowers decor 25 sheets $2.00
Meadow mini flowers 25 sheets $2.00
Halloween circles with glitter (shimmer background) 15 sheets $2.00
Sugar Plum forest dots with flocking (shimmer background) 15 sheets $2.00
Woodland Shimmer Trim with glitter 15 sheets $2.00

They also had lime green with flowers, a light pink with darker pink flourish designs, a word paper that reminded me of Valentine's day, and another pink flowery paper. All the heidi grace by Fiskars.

They had some matching stickers for Cloud9, they had cardboard element sheets for heidi grace and also some strange flocked dots for heidi grace. I couldn't figure what they were for, except maybe fake brads?

Guess what I'm using for my surprise swap Halloween and photo mat groups?

They used to carry this great textured paper. Then they stopped and got this weird paper, like huge geo shapes. Then they got the pet paper which was awesome because it was 25 sheets for ONE dollar. I have tons of that still too.
Then all they seemed to have was this very expensive cloth like paper. Never did mark that down. I think it is all at one Big Lots store now.
Last week I found some odd color solid paper. But it cuts great on the Cricut. Two shades of grey, two shades of reddish brown, two shades of yellow, a cream, an orange, and a mulberry.
They also have some paper stacks. The ones by K&Company & the Marcella (I think they are the same people). They were 25 sheets for $5.00. I got some of those two weeks ago, I think.
They've had the embellishments by Heidi Grace for a while now. They aren't selling much at the one store I go to, but the other one is sold out. The Cloud9 is new. I really liked their Christmas line this year. Hoping some of that will show up.

If anyone needs some stuff, let me know. I'm happy to go shopping for you.

2 cans of American Crafts holiday house embellishments (one felt and one chipboard) for $2 each
a pack of 25 sheets of Coconut Palm Tree paper for $2

And a bunch of $1 items

I am bummed about the paper though. The only paper they had was the textured K&Co packs for $10 and that red/grey/brown paper. I checked to see where the next closest one is, and it looks to be a bigger store, since they carry the complete furniture line. So maybe I will head over there while we are running errands tomorrow.

ETA: DH says, "I'm just going to be sitting here watching my soccer game." So I am going over there now.

ETA2: Well, they had the green earth one, and then another one that was all Asian characters. Didn't think how I could use all those, so I passed. And they didn't have 90% of what they had at the other store. The aisle WAS bigger, but it was mostly beads and other crafty things. So I came back with nothing.

HOPE - you can always paint any paper you don't like!

A sponge brush and some paint and you can fix anytihng.

I don't think Big Odds opens until 10 on Sunday.

I need to get gas for the week anyway, so I'll got to the station near Big Lots today. $2.00 for 15 sheets of embossed/shimmer paper that is more than $2.00 for two sheets at the LSS, will be worth picking up.

Whatever I find that isn't already spoken for, I'll offer up here for you all. One or two packs shouldn't cost too much to send first class. If I open the wrappers, I can fit ALOT in a flat rate box.

I'd be happy to trade for other product. Can never have enough Disney embellishments.

i love my big lots, but they never have any good paper. mostly stickers, and albums. last weeked i found a ton of rub ons. of course i had to buy them.

awm- love that halloween paper. heck i love all the paper. i am a paper junkie!!!!!
