Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

7am is when they’ll be open for breakfast. Sadly, CL is never good for rope drop!
It's all good! We plan to come back around noon anyways and spend the afternoon at the resort. I will just be sure to pack something in our luggage for breakfast.

As a recommendation, not sure if breakfast is important to you, but I’d prefer to be a little late to the park and have a decent breakfast at the lounge, than come back early for afternoon snacks, as the items are just that - snacks. You may be hungry. I just shared pics from my recent trips to AKL CL a couple posts back HERE - if you’re interested in checking them out, it will give you an idea of the offerings. Enjoy!

We are eating lunch at Yak and Yeti before returning to the resort so light snacks will be plenty :goodvibes ...thanks for the heads up. Those pictures are amazing! I am typically a "2-breakfast" eater...I have a light breakfast (granola bar or muffin...something light) to prime my stomach for my morning pills and then in a few hours, I need something a little heartier like bacon and eggs on a bagel. On a normal day, I am also getting up at 3am to go to work so my "second breakfast" is around 8:30am, which is normal breakfast time for most people.

My last pictures were from Thanksgiving and Christmas, but based on recent videos, nothing has really changed. You can start HERE for Christmas and HERE for Thanksgiving. You can also look up videos on YouTube, there are a couple newer ones posted. Enjoy!
Do you or anyone else remember when they serve the butter chicken? I know Sunday night, not sure if there's another night. Just snagged a CL room for our upcoming girls trip. It will be the first CL for my friends, super excited.

Hey! Congrats! I’ll confirm, but should be Wednesday or Thursday & Sunday! It’s the only thing I eat, so I look forward to those days!! (Well, the white rice and tomato soup part!!) 😊

UPDATE: Butter Chicken is served on THURSDAY and SUNDAY! Enjoy!

Yay! Thank you

It's been so long since I posted (I used to be Baler31) I have forgotten all my passwords etc but I am a long time poster that has moved abroad and we just do not get back to WDW very often anymore. Friends have booked a King Resort View Club Level at Contemporary and asked me if that is Atrium or Tower. I thought it used to specify but looking at the reservation page it does not appear to now. Any advice ? Thanks for your help on current booking terms.

It’s the Tower. There are 2 of them and they have TPV! They are close to the lounge.

When they changed wording on the site they have it wrong as resort view. Many of us here have stayed in them and can confirm if needed.

Nice to see you again.

Daughter and I are staying RPC for a couple of nights over 4th of July. As a massive fireworks fan and a massive GF fan, I'm STOKED. Split stay w/BWV, and I've never stayed there, so I'll have to go check out the Boardwalk thread. Have a Test Track CM preview ride, not sure what day. Never ridden TT, but I guess I will this time. My usual last minute trip, flying by the seat of my pants...

Thank you, I thought so but was worried it could be that dreadful room by the lounge on the 12th floor since it said resort view.

Ahh both of the King bed rooms that are listed as Resort View are right next to the Tower Club lounge on the 14th Floor and are both TPV room.

The King room on the 12th floor Atrium Club is just off the elevator bridge on the Bay Lake side of the resort. This room is not bookable as a King room. It is part of the regular inventory of 2 Q / 1 Day Bed or this 1 King room.

Hi, CL experts! I have a “what would you do” question for yall. We are staying CL at yacht club next month. It is only our second time doing CL (the first was also at yacht) and are so excited. I know SaB just reopened, but I’m seeing reports that the slide is still closed. My kids (8 and 5) have never experienced SAB, but are also very into their slide era currently. Wondering if I should consider switching to CL at Boardwalk. Any insight into your preferences between CL at BW with slide versus CL at YC sans slide are appreciated.

How are you with the whole "slide area being outside the pool complex / possibly out of sight" setup at Stormalong Bay with the 5 year old?

Mine are past that age and I can't really remember when we gave them more free reign of the place, but I recall the earlier parenting days never totally loving having to get up/follow them all around. BWI is certainly "easier" for a parent in that regard.

For whatever reason mine have never been hard-core SAB slide kids given the wait can sometimes creep up in the height of the day. They'll go on it plenty, but seems like they spend less time on it than some other resorts.

Great points and definitely some food for thought. Thanks!!
