Emerald CLub Question

I have an Emerald Club membership but have not used it at MCO in several years (I use it frequently for work here, but not at MCO recently)

. I have an intermediate car reserved through National for an upcoming trip that I booked using a VISA code and a coupon. Will I still have to go to the counter or can I use the kiosk or go straight to the garage? I hate going to the counter so I REALLY hope I can bypass....

As long as you were logged in with your Emerald Club # when you reserved it, you can go straight to the garage. Your confirmation should show Emerald Aisle service.

Woops....I was not logged in. Can I call and have them add my Emerald number to the reservation so I can just go to the garage?
