I know there are several ebay sellers on here so I'm hoping somebody can answer my question.
I had a dispute filed against me for "not as described." I sent the buyer a replacement item and upoladed all of my tracking info etc. into the paypal dispute. The dispute has not been escalated. When will it close automatically and when will I get my money back that is on "hold"? I thought it was 20 days, but today is day 21 and it has not closed.
