DVC Rehab ?'s

We are new DVC owners (bought last October at SSR) with our first trip to BCV this December. So I am not sure about the answer to my question ......

How often do DVC's get refurbished? Is it an ongoing process at all of the resorts? Are there any that are going through refurb's right now or are any slated to be?

Most refurbishing is ongoing and is done room-by-room rather than resort-by-resort.
