DVC and mousekeeping

We rented Dvc points at the Poly in a Deluxe Villa Studio. I understand Mousekeeping only comes every 4th day. However, what if we need more towels or something as simple as toilet paper? Can I call and request these things from Mousekeeping or no?

Trash and Towel service is included in all stays of more than four days. If your stay is for less than eight nights, you will receive Trash & Towel service on day four. If your stay is for eight nights or longer, you will receive a full cleaning service on day four, and Trash & Towel service on day eight. After that, the cycle begins again on day twelve. Day one is check-in day. Daily housekeeping can be arranged and paid for at time of check-in. The following rates are subject to change:

Additional Full Cleaning Rates:
Studio - $30.00 for each day requested
One-Bedroom - $45.00 for each day requested
Two-Bedroom - $60.00 for each day requested
Three-Bedroom - $75.00 for each day requested
Additional Trash & Towel Rates:
Studio - $15.00 for each day requested
One-Bedroom - $20.00 for each day requested
Two-Bedroom - $25.00 for each day requested
Three-Bedroom - $35.00 for each day requested

After multiple DVC stays while renting points, we have never come close to running out of toilet paper. But if you needed more, you'd probably have to buy some at the resort store.

You can buy a pack with more towels. We always find we have way too much toilet roll but it depends the kind of room you are staying in as we usually have two bathrooms so twice as much supplied as in a studio.

You will be asked to pay for supplies asked for in excess of what is provided during trash and towel

Out of curiosity how many towels do you get to start with? I just don't want to waste time having to wash towels.

If I remember correctly, you get 4 bath towels, 4 wash clothes, and maybe 2 hand towels per bathroom.

It depends where you are staying you get 4 per bathroom

PP are correct. It will be 4 bath, 4 face clothes, and 2 hand towels plus a bath mat. You don't need to waste time washing towels if you choose to pay for more.
Poly Studios are a time share property and as such there is not daily housekeeping or towel replacement. Those supplies are paid for out of member dues. It is one of the major trade offs off staying DVC.
We do not use clean towels daily at home. We hang them up to dry and reuse them. It has never been a problem for us.

We were at AKL and it was 4 of each type of towel I'm pretty sure. There were only two of us and so it worked out well for our 3 night trip. (We reused a towel once just like we would have at home.) There are towels at the pool so you won't need to take them down there (which is helpful) and I used one of the pool towels to dry my hair.
