Hello everyone!
. I guess it will have to be put back on my dream trips of the future. I called and booked the first four nights at Coronado Springs. I did keep the last five nights at AKL Club Level. We like Coronado and Jeremy loves the pool so everything worked out okay.Just wanted to hear more about the pirates and pals cruise! Might look into that now ... where did you get the rates, etc? On the DIS?
Hi Erika!!
How was your trip to Washington DC? I hope it was good! We just got back this afternoon, I'm completely exhausted! I took over 500 photos...I have a lot of work to do the next few weeks editing them all (plus the 150 pix my mom took)!! I was just checking in to see if you had posted an update yet...hope to see you back on the DIS soon!
Karen
Can't wait to read!

I promise I will do better.
-Trip 2
That should have been clue #1 to leave but we decided to give it a try. The room was okay, nothing to brag about. We go out for dinner and come back, and oh my, I felt so uncomfortable. There were people partying everywhere. Guys drunk and yelling at each other. Now, DH is a big man and a cop and I didn't even feel safe with him there. We decided to stay the night and if it didn't get better we would leave in the morning. We go to bed and the bed literally is like sleeping on plywood. DH and DS actually get to sleep. But, for me, well I can't take it no more. At midnight, I get up and start calling to find a room for the rest of the trip. DH wakes up and finds me in the bathroom on the phone. He gives me the go ahead and we book a Fairfield Inn for the evening and yes, we packed up and left.
I was never so happy to leave a place in my entire life.

Still here!!
WL looks so warm & cozy! We will be there 7/2 eating dinner @ WCC @
8:45p!!
I too am changing the adrs...hopefully I'm done though now!
DD wanted to eat with Alice in Wonderland...so...we canceled CM on our last day and eating at 1900PF for breakfast.
OH.....our tickers are under 2 months now!!
We are getting so excited around our house!!
I am starting to get very excited. We eat at WCC on 7/3 but maybe I will bump into you in the lobby on 7/2. Hi Erika!
Welcome Back! Glad to see your update and glad you got your resort all switched around and figured out! WL looks beautiful!
I'm not much of a switcher - once I have my mind set on something, that's it! There's no changing it!
Wow - sorry to hear your first hotel on the last trip was so awful! I've never really had a bad hotel here in the US, but once in Mexico a friend and I got ourselves into this horrible hotel - I seriously thought we might be in trouble there - 2 young girls all alone in a really shady part of town and really bad hotel. We literally baricaded the door and just prayed for morning! I was never so happy to leave a place - so I can relate to how you felt there!
Looking forward to reading more of your updates!

What a scary sounding hotel on that trip!
I don't blame you for finding someplace else to go! That would have been me too - sitting in the bathroom, dialing every hotel in the phone book!
Guess I could always leave Shawn at home!
We rode Dumbo, Pooh, Tea Pots, Peter Pan, the Carousel and Snow White within no time. We ventured to the Barnstormer, anxious to see if Jeremy would want to ride or not. Well, he loved it. I cannot remember how many times we rode it that day. I can remember the morning very well but the rest of the day is hazy. I know we rode Splash Mountain as we got stuck on the ride. A duck was in the water!! They gave us a free fast pass that we used on the Jungle Cruise. Jeremy loved that! The guide was hilarious and kept making jokes about Cincinnati. All in all, it was a great day and really got my Disney addiction going.
. I think we all do. It is one of our favorite shows on property. The best thing happened on this day!!! Jeremy wanted to ride Expedition Everest. Granted, I am not a huge coaster fan but if my five year old child is brave enough, well than surely I can try. Our ride picture is hilarious. Tom is beaming, Jeremy looks like a deer in headlights, and I am behind them with my eyes closed hanging on for dear life!
All in all, we loved the ride and it is a must everytime we go.
Needless to say, I started planning our November 2008 trip in October 2007.
All caught up!What a scary sounding hotel on that trip!

WL will be great! You are going to have a great time! Other than the Poly, it's the next place I would want to stay. Dang that 4 to a room thing though.Guess I could always leave Shawn at home!

There are times I would like to leave Tom at home too!!!! Too funny!I'm still here too. I'll be back later to finish reading though! Got to cook dinner!
, joined the DIS

I politely told her that no that was not possible as I had booked courtyard view with bunk beds. Jeremy was really excited about sleeping in a bunk bed! She told me that they were both the same price and we had to take whatever was available.
Uh no, they are not and I paid more money for the bunk beds. She then said she could get them for me the next day but not today.
Now, Tom could see I was starting to get aggravated and that made him get aggravated. However, I politely asked for a manager who quickly resolved the issue but we would have to wait for our room. No big deal! I had not expected to get in the room yet anyway.
Roaring Forks. I have not ate anything bad there. The sandwiches are delicious. While we were eating, the call came that our room was ready.
