I've never used the kennels at US or SeaWorld. However, my cat (AllieKat, hence my user name) stayed at HRH with me last year. Yes, my cat...everyone thinks I'm crazy, but when I go on vacation, she comes with me.
I thought that I'd have to kennel her while I was away from the room but the hotel staff said that wasn't necessary. They gave me a little door hanger sign that said something about a pet being in the room. I could've put the door hanger on the outside of the door when I was away from the room so that no one entered the room while Allie was in there by herself. However, what worked out great for me was putting Allie in the bathroom whenever I was gone and putting the door hanger on the bathroom door instead. I just made sure to put the used towels in the room (instead of leaving them in the bathroom) so that they could be replaced with clean ones.
I'm going to be staying at HRH again at the end of April and I'm of course planning on bringing Allie with me. My Mom will also be on this trip and she's planning on brining her Pug, Jasmine. Jasmine uses those "wee wee pads" so Mom is planning on putting Jasmine in the bathroom with her food, water & a pad. We never stay at the parks all day long. We usually go for 3 or 4 hours, then come back to the room, freshen up and go do other things for 3 or 4 more hours so we'll be in our rooms several times throughout the day to check on the pets.
Anyway, sorry, I didn't mean to write a novel.

Hope this info helps a little.
