If not, hope they can give the correct "will call' information to me or steer in right direction.
I waited over 40 minutes today to purchase discounted MVMCP tickets. Normally, would've hung up and call back later but it's one of the 1st parties and I was concerned it might sell out as many of the Halloween parties this year.
The CM had a very heavy accent. I spent majority of call asking her to repeat herself. It crossed my mind to request to speak to another CM but didn't want to spend any more time than necessary on this call.
I had her repeat my "will call" number twice, then I repeated it back to her, thought all was good. Wasn't, short one digit when I tried to input to my MDE account
EDIT: all is well, DVC MS does have the capability to pull up any reservations made thru them, yea!
