I want to join! I feel like I fit in pretty well here... I am 5'1'' weighing in at 137-138 right now, and my goal is 125. For my height and body type, I think 125 would be healthy, slim, and athletic, without being skinny. I've been losing consistently, but slowly (I was 144, three months ago). I'd like to kick up the weight loss and lose the last 12 pounds in 6 weeks! We want to start trying for children in about 7-10 weeks, so I need to use this time wisely! I already have a job that is physically strenuous (dancing and stunt work), plus I'm planning on taking a gymnastics class for a month or so. I also run, and that helps me to lose weight the most, I think. I count calories (not on a specific diet plan) and try to eat good foods. I want to get buff, especially defining my arms and abs, as well as toning up all over.
I'm going home to visit my family in three weeks, and I'd like to be between 130 and 133 when I go, so that is 4-7 pounds in three weeks, which should be doable. I have a wish journal, but I'll update on here, so that hopefully I can talk to people who have similar goals as me.
