I am so enjoying all the great pics!

Lives4Disney: Thank you for posting all your Walt Disney Suite pics. . .it looks amazing. Didn't there used to be a phonograph in that suite (saw it on Great Hotels)?

I love this thread so I figured I would subscribe by posting links to the Walt Disney Suite we stayed in on our July trip to the Grand Floridian. It was beautiful. :)

Hi, there was no phonograph in the room. My husband would have gotten a kick out of it if there was! Maybe that would have been the Victorian Suite at the Grand?? :confused3 The place was filled with original artwork from the Imagineers and family photos of Walt's. I was in heaven. The pics don't do the suite justice - I am disappointed in how dark some of them turned out. It was a DREAM stay for my 40th bday. :wizard:

Thanks,

Lives4Disney :)

Lives4Disney, what a sweet suite! Wow! Thanks for posting your photos for us. I have one question, just how many beds were there? It looked like two twins and a king, is that right?

Oh, and what a gorgeous Newfie!

Here's a pic of our room (from 8/12) at Pop:

I love your pictures of BWI. Do you perhaps remember or the room number or do you have any paperwork with the room number on it. That is a wonderfully large room. I may have to think about staying there next trip. Thank you for posting.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Now you know Kimmar we always do a split stay. This year it is Poly and Animal Kingdom Lodge But next year we may have to stay three weeks and do BWI, GF, and AKL. :)

That Walt Disney Suite sure looks wonderful to me. I wonder what the cost per night?

Welcome Back Kirmmar, you have been missed. How was your trip? How about posting some of your ALK pictures.

You're sweet! My Newfie brings me so much joy. :goodvibes She is a treasure.

In the Walt Disney Suite, there were 2 bedrooms - a master w/ king (super super comfy with upgraded linens) and a bedroom with twin sleigh beds. There were 2 1/2 bathrooms - the master bath was mega about the size of a deluxe hotel room, LOL. I just cannot begin to say how wonderful that suite was. I love the GF to begin with, but that stay in that suite just amazed us.

If it's one of the Signature 2 Bedroom Suites (which I think it is, along with the Roy Disney Suite), then it's $2020 per night in value season 2006.
