Disney phone numbers- problems..PLEASE HELP!

Ive been looking for the list of Disney phone numbers.

I really need the number for complaints

Im from the UK...i was charged on my visa card when I was checking out of CRB. I asked them to refund them as I wanted to pay my account in cash....which they did. However when I get home and get my card statement it appears that I have been charged £15 for the privilege of paying by cash....the exchange rates were different. My credit card company said that I need to contact Disney.

Please help!

Thanks for finding that. It doesnt seem to have the number that I need. I was thinking that I needed a customer services/complaints numbers.

Hmmm....

I'm not sure how it works in the UK, but generally, here in the states, with almost every charge a phone number is posted. I usually call the credit card company and ask for that number. That's how I start disputing a charge.

When I had a billing problem I was told to contact the resort that I stayed at. I would contact CBR first.

It sounds like you wanted the charge to be voided and they refunded it instead. These are two options for reversing posted charges.

If it is voided, it is the same as if never having happened.

If it is refunded, it is a reversal of funds at the current exhange rate, which is most likely a different rate then when the charges were orginal posted.

What you need to find out is why it was refunded instead of voided. A voided purchase will most likely never show up on a statement, where as a refund will show up as a charge then refund, two sperate transactions.
