Tiana's is that green hill in the top left. Frontierland is along the left side. You can see Haunted mansion on the very bottom. This is all where the river is now.
You’re disagreeing with concept art directly from Disney themselves. Disney is the one saying Cars land will replace Rivers of America and TSISeriously disagree. There is room beyond BTMR for Cars Land. And room beyond HM for Villans Land. No need to make major disruptions to the River boat or TSI.
Pull up Google Maps and look at those areas. Don't restrict your thinking to areas within the berm.
The ride is safe totally agree but given its popularity and everything else going on I just feel ip will be attached to it at some point. Maybe less so now though given these plans and all the ip that will be in the area. I initially thought Frontierland would change but not to this extent.
I’m only paraphrasing the official blog post, don’t shoot the messenger!Seriously disagree. There is room beyond BTMR for Cars Land. And room beyond HM for Villans Land. No need to make major disruptions to the River boat or TSI.

At least it's not the central area area like EPCOT has been.Well damn MK is going to be a pretty big construction zone on that side for a long time
So I am trying to figure out what I am looking at. Where is Tiana's in this photo, location wise? I see big thunder, but where is all this space?
Am I looking at what it will look like BEHIND the BTMR ride currently there
I wish that cars ride had more of a wild west type them. That looks more like wilderness lodge type pacific northwest theme
No one knows but Disney did imply people would have enough time to get their last ride in. I'm going in October and I want to see Dr. Grant Seeker one last time.Any guesses to what month dinosaur will close
That really stinks. We love Tom Sawyer Island. They’re getting rid of a lot of play spaces for kids between this and the Digsite at AK
I think what bothers me about this is not Tom Sawyer Island going away but removing a nice, gentle option for people to relax for IP. I'm just glad Disneyland won't do this.
Hopefully the transition is one of the requirements for the Imagineers, who I'm sure will hit it out of the park like they always do.This is going to look really awkward next to a gothic haunted mansion. I'm not sure how you transition between the two lands without it looking really odd.

I always thought a problem with beyond hm was the sight line for the ride building but don’t know the area well enough.Seriously disagree. There is room beyond BTMR for Cars Land. And room beyond HM for Villans Land. No need to make major disruptions to the River boat or TSI.

I meant the Liberty Belle but it's okay to just have some quiet parts for people to relax and kids to run off some energy.I get it but I also see the the other side. Tom Sawyer Island is really not utilized that much and has shortened hours.
Dig site is more of a lose to me than the TSI, but also so many of the months in Florida its too hot to really enjoy. I think I more wish it was something better than a Carousel replacing it.
But how many people are really using it? And walking around tom Sawyer Island isn't really that relaxing....
I’ll be there in December but I’m thinking that will be pushing itNo one knows but Disney did imply people would have enough time to get their last ride in. I'm going in October and I want to see Dr. Grant Seeker one last time.
It looks like track runs right along the queue for HM. That's a terrible idea.I am sure they will scren it off. Some of the water looks to remain, though it is hard to tell exactly where on the painting.
That would work, here’s hoping.I think BTTMR will become the IP. They are always talking about making it into a project, possibly a movie or TV show. Westerns are such a hard-sell these days, but it if they lean into the spooky aspects I think it could work.

Disney did say they would start the construction in Fall 2024 but they were extremely unclear as to whether that would include Dinosaur's closure. If I were to guess, MAYBE that means the Boneyard or the carnival games close first?I’ll be there in December but I’m thinking that will be pushing it
