Jeff Vahle announces 'Cast Member EARidescent Evenings' coming to Walt Disney World this summer​

Coming to Walt Disney World this summer, Cast Members and a guest will be invited to choose one evening of fun after park close at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Disney says that Cast Members will "experience the park like never before with access to some of your favorite attractions, food & beverage offerings, character sightings and even some special surprises."

No dates are yet available for "Cast Member EARidescent Evenings," but Cast Members should stay tuned to the HUB for more information.

Sooooo do you guys think the 50th celebration will last until the 55th one? xD

Nothing against the summer event at all, it sounds cool and well deserved for the cast members.

Today, Enzo’s Hideaway shared on Twitter that it is now open daily for lunch from 11:30AM to 3:30PM!

Disney Cruise Line: Know Before You Go Updates: Update on Fish Extenders (Door-to-Door Gift Exchanges)



Disney Cruise Line updated the Know Before You Go – On the Ship page on April 14th removing the paragraph pertaining to Hanging Gift Bags on Stateroom Doors which was specifically prohibiting door-to-door gift exchanges among guests.

New Structure Rises for Moana Journey of Water Attraction at EPCOT​

A new structure is taking shape on what will likely be the eastern boundary of the Moana – Journey of Water interactive water area at EPCOT. Earlier today, we visited EPCOT and took a lap around the monorail once we saw a new structure rising higher than others in the area.

Star Wars: Visions Season 2 reportedly in the works

Insider Jordan Maison recently shared on Cinelinx that Season 2 of Star Wars: Visions is currently in the works. The first season debuted in September 2021, but it looks like we may see the next season come out October/November 2022.

Good Morning All! Happy Friday and Happy Early Easter!

With Easter only two days away, I thought I’d give you some tips to make sure you and yours have a wonderful Easter! Let’s get right to it!!





Let’s start off by coloring Easter eggs! Be sure that when you dye eggs the color coats all areas… for optimal results.




Next, it’s time for an Easter Egg hunt! If you have pets, I highly recommend training them to sabotage your friends so they can’t take all the eggs! Nice try Susie!




Next, take the kids to visit the Easter Bunny! You can usually find him on a lovely throne in a mall or large department store. Make sure you bring a camera to capture this special moment!!




Some children are lucky enough to get a surprise visit by the Easter bunny at School!! Keep in mind, not all children like the Easter Bunny, so make sure you prepare your child ahead of time and bring an extra pair of underwear to school for them as well… just in case.




Also, the Easter Bunny … he’s not real. So, if your kids think he is… try not to let this happen.




Speaking of surprises, the Easter Bunny typically just drops in your homes during the night with no prior notice… just so you’re aware.




If you’re lucky, after you apologize, there will be no hard feelings, and you can ask him to stay for dinner and hang out after your little misunderstanding. A good time is sure to be had by all.




Finally, be sure to keep room in that tummy for all of that delicious candy you’re going to get!!! Just make sure you save some for tomorrow!

Walt Disney World Theme Park Hours Extended in May and June​

Celebrate more magic with extended hours at all four Walt Disney World theme parks from May 1 through 7, and at EPCOT throughout June.

Magic Kingdom​

Magic Kingdom will continue to open at 9:00 a.m. It will now close at 10:00 p.m. on May 1 and at 11:00 p.m. the rest of the week. Extended evening hours will be available on May 4 from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

EPCOT​

EPCOT will now open an hour and a half earlier than previously scheduled, at 8:30 a.m., from May 1 through 7. After that, it will open at 9:00 a.m. every day through June 25 — except Sunday, June 5, when it will open at 8:00 a.m. It will close at 9:00 p.m. nightly.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios​

Guests will be able to enjoy more action at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which will now open an hour earlier, operating from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from May 1 through 7.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom​

Finally, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will now be open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from May 1 through 7.

Expedition Everest will officially reopen tomorrow, April 16. Also starting tomorrow, Expedition Everest will be part of the Disney Genie+ offering until August 7th when it will return as an Individual Lightning Lane offering.

Yeah, the plan is for Everest, Mickey & Minnie's RR, Space Mountain & Frozen to go back to ILLS then, which is a pain, as apparently, there should be less crowds. I'm still hoping they'll decide to permanently make these attractions part of Lightning Lane instead of only during the busy periods, as it just lowers the value of Genie+ with them as ILLS

No worries. Been helping my sister who is going as they change, so have been letting her know to get Genie+ and do those 4 attractions before the 7th if they are planning on Genie+ing their trip
