Disney Event Photography - our experience!

I had asked here a while ago for people's opinion/experience.

Well, we're just back from Disney but wanted to share our experience.

The photographer (Daniel) was excellent. We paid for a 20 minute session, which, including moving around to different areas of the Beach Club, ended up more like an hour. We ended up with 113 photos.

These are a few of my unedited favourites (DD plans to photoshop a bunch of them before we print any):

These are great, I would love to do this. How far ahead do you book an appointment/session.?? My daughters are 15 and 20, would be really nice to have everyone together. We stayed at the beach club in 2012, it is a wonderful resort.

I want to say I called in early April to book us, and didn't get the original day I wanted (they only had 7am available that day) so we booked for the next day.

They take a $50 deposit, and then charge the rest the week before the appointment.

SO worth it!

Can you pick where these sessions take place? Is there somewhere I can find pricing.. These look wonderful I'm definitely interested. I've never heard of this...

We did the Mini Portrait Session - depending on the session you pick, you have a choice of a variety of places.

Since our kids are older, we felt the 20 minutes was long enough, and DD is able to photoshop really well, so we didn't need to do the enhanced package. Plus, with the mini, the memory stick is included, we didn't have to pay extra for the photos - just to print them at home.

Your photos are lovely! I am so pleased it worked out well for you. I can't say enough good things about both of our experiences with the 20 minute sessions. We haven't done the Yacht Club as a location for a session and I am tempted to add it, especially having seen your photos.

we did it during our honeymoon at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and the pictures came better that the wedding pics

Your photos are wonderful. We did the PP session about 5-6 years ago at the Beach Club (when it was only like $50) and have great photos. I would like to do this again since your shots are so great.

Beautiful. The pricing doesn't seem over the top, considering it is Disney - seems on par with other photography session. This is going on my to do list!

SO cute!! We loved our experience with them for our wedding MK photo shoot as well. They do great work! Oh, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue striped dress
