What is your favorite and most reliable Disney App that you use in the parks? We will be in Disney next week and want to download one of the Disney apps but don't know which one to download. Is there one that I can input our dining ressies that will pop up a reminder?

Disney Mobile Magic is my hands down winner, for attraction wait-time accuracy (matching posted wait times and FP return windows). I don't know about ADR reminders in any of them--I use the iPhone's Calendar app for that.

I have the disney experience app which was working great until yesterday.I was able to look at the maps for each area but all I get now is the Disney web page, dont know if it is a glitch, anyone else trying this and getting the same.I am using both iphone and an ipad, same results

My Disney Experience is in beta and I have found it unreliable in the parks.

I use undercover tourist for disney world. It does have a way to put your ADR's in and you can set it up to remind you how ever long before your time by sending you an alert. I also like it because it will let you put your reservation number in so you have it with you. The wait time is pretty acurate and it has a fun game for kids and it has a crowd calendar. It is a free app and i have used it many times.

...but not compatible with a Samsung S3. Just tried to download it and got that message.

Agree with both of these suggestions at the moment. The calendar app is as good as anything for alerts. My Disney Experience feels a bit too beta level at the moment with several glitches so for next week I'd go with Mobile Magic. Since both are free doesn't hurt to test MDY at the same time since Mobile Magic is supposed to completely disappear early next year.

I absolutely loved My Disney Experience when I began, but I fear it may be quirky. I loved how I could check and see all the wait times for all the attractions in the park, listed in order of shortest to longest wait. They also listed what times were available on FPs. That would be so convenient instead of going all the way to Soarin' only to find that FPs were being distributed for a time smack dab in the middle of a dining reservation - it would eliminate this headache now that they don't accept FPs after the window listed.

However, I've been noticing lately that FP times were looking too similar for all the rides, and I started seeing that it would be 5pm when I checked the app, but it's saying FPs available for 2:10-3:20pm, or something like that which would be impossible. So... I'm hoping the glitches get worked out soon, as it holds quite a bit of potential... but it's not quite there yet. I wish they'd hurry up and get it right!

I can't seem to find actual wait times on Mobile Magic. It just says "moderate" or "high demand". Is the actual wait time not shown until you are in the park? I'm checking from home trying to decide which app I like best before we leave on Saturday.

Also, is it worth paying for Lines? Seems like it mostly has the same functionality as the other apps?

Correct. But it matches posted times in the parks exactly when you're there.

My Disney Experience is now available for Android and I downloaded it to my S3 yesterday. It is the newer than MM so I am hopefull that it will get better (out of beta) than the experience Mesaboy2 had.

I prefer the Touring Plans app. I find it has accurate times for ride waits and it gives you all the menus for all the restaurants at WDW.

I had issues with MDE and the wait times, didn't want to update. DH was using Mobile Magic.

I will say, we got to DTD and as soon as we stepped off the boat, used MDE to look for available ADR's and had one booked before we even got to the pin shop. I was amazed.

I did put our ADR's in the Mobile Magic app, but had to manually do it.

Lines is an awesome app! Have used it in the parks and check it daily at home for my Disney Fix. Seems pretty accurate

Mobile Magic is also a good app, when you are IN the parks it will update to times.
I put my dining times in my calendar on my Droid along with the res numbers.

I also love the undercover tourist app. One of the best parts is for 10 days it can help you find your friends with the GPS part, which makes it easier then walking around like a chicken with its head cut off
