Well I guess I should start posting here!
Decided that 2010 will be the year I lose 5 stone and generally get healthier, being winded from just walking up the stairs is not good
I've started going to the gym 5 times a week and have been for 3 weeks so far, had to miss a day this week and really didn't want to so that's a good sign I think

As I expected I've STS this week!
managed to loose 2lb in week one, im happy with that
