Just back from weigh-in and have lost 2 1/2lbs this week, so very pleased with that.

my month diet wise has been a wash out- only down 1lb, but then i dont carenicotine has to be replaced by chocolate, didnt i see that in the rules somewhere?

I am actually looking forward to getting out and about with the new puppy - he gets his 2nd injection on Saturday so not too long to wait!!!Good Luck to everyone for March, nights are getting clearer so maybe some brisk walks are on the 'to do' list![]()

Anyway I managed to lose 4lbs this week & got my 1.5 stone award.![]()

Last year I did really well on ww and lost 2 and half stoneI then had a break from it for 6months and managed to keep it off. But as we're off to WDW in Spet I would really love to lost another 1 1/2stone by then.......so I have been back on ww over the last month but it hasn't gone to well so far... so i figure I new month and time to get serious LOL

I've STS this week which I am not surprised about, and it is thatweek as well. I've haven't been particularly naughty I just turned back to some old faves for comfort last week, white bread and wine!
I WI on a Friday, I don't go to meetings I do WW online instead- I find the tracker on there really helpful.

Good luck everyone ...my diet has been a disaster so far this year with the darn scales going up not down, going to make a real effort this month and try to lose 4lb

Good luck for March everyone ..... I have by-passed February but am back with a vengeance for March. I have stayed the same for most of February but still haven't reached that elusive 10 and a half stone mark. By the end of this month I will hopefully have reached that target. I am now only 6 months away from my Disney Cruise and I am detemined to be below 10 stone when I leave for that cruise, and the plan is to be 80% good but for occasional meals out and weekend's away and a possible holiday in July I may waver slightly ( perhaps I shouldn't admit to that on here)
I started 2 weeks ago, and just weighed myself this morning - down 5lbs!
So happy with that - and put a lot of it down to no alcohol and posh crisps at night (i sure am missing a rose with ice and thai sweet chilli crisps though!)
I just bought the Hannah Waterman work out DVD , see how good it is!
i lost 2lbs this week... although my eating went a bit haywire over the weekend.. I think the stress of my marriage break up really got to me... but i MUST get it under control.. I cant let him sabotage my hard work....so this week.. im going to be REALLY good!
The sun is shining out there and I'm back to thinking about myself in holiday clothes!!!I have just 4 weigh-ins until I go away so I'm going to make a concerted effort to lose 6lbs over that time...

I don't feel I'm doing so good this week so I'm looking for some advice please..........I'm going out on Saturday night for a meal then to see a show......what would you choose off a traditional bar supper menu to:-
a. have an enjoyable meal and
b. to not stray too far off your diet?
Traditional bar menu?? not sure what that is but I would stay away from anything pastry, creamy sauces, eat lots of plain veg with your meal and red wine has fewer calories than white or rose. Not sure what else to suggest really.
