Traditional bar menu?? not sure what that is but I would stay away from anything pastry, creamy sauces, eat lots of plain veg with your meal and red wine has fewer calories than white or rose. Not sure what else to suggest really.

by traditional bar supper menu i think i meant steak, a couple of pasta dishes, gammon steaks, chicken curry, steak pie, along those kind of lines i think it is; I'm not enirely sure; it's a new place to me.:confused3

i agree opt for something in a tomato based sauce if you must and avoid cheese like the plague ;)

Okay, avoid chips, opt for a baked potato. Sometimes chicken curry is a really good bet, particularly if it's tomato based and not cream based and enjoy your red wine:thumbsup2

last week 1 lbup and this week 3lbs down

Last year I did really well on ww and lost 2 and half stone :) I then had a break from it for 6months and managed to keep it off. But as we're off to WDW in Spet I would really love to lost another 1 1/2stone by then.......so I have been back on ww over the last month but it hasn't gone to well so far... so i figure I new month and time to get serious LOL

Weighed myself this morning and have lost 1.5lbs since Monday - so I'm very happy with that!!! :cool1:

Also going back to the gym today for the first time since early February - really hoping I can make this a regular thing for the next 4 weeks...

Oh and I keep forgetting, I've signed up to do the Race For Life in May so got to get fit for that!!!

I'm very pleased today.... after a few weeks of STS the scales told me this morning I have lost 4lbs!!
 
Weighed myself this morning and have lost 1.5lbs since Monday - so I'm very happy with that!!! :cool1:

Also going back to the gym today for the first time since early February - really hoping I can make this a regular thing for the next 4 weeks...

:rolleyes1 As I expected I've STS this week!

I'm not too downheartened though as I bought my dress for my 40th Birthday party in a size Small yesterday:thumbsup2

Must try harder to get it moving next week so I can still fit into that dress in May:rotfl2:
