I'm delighted to have lost 3 1/2lbs this week:yay: We've just found out that dh is to be made redundant in September, so I'm sure that I'll struggle to keep off of the chocolate this week!!

Good luck everyone:thumbsup2

Well done on the three and a half pounds, so sorry to hear about your DH's redundancy:hug:

I got weighed this morning & lost a pound. Better than nothing I suppose.

Good luck everyone. :wizard:

Chin up Claire, a pound is a loss. I know it's hard when you've tried so hard but think of those weeks when you may have STS - you'd have loved to have lost a pound

That's very true Joanne, thanks. It's been THAT week aswell so it's better than normal as I usually STS.

Well thats bloomin good then, you've done well:thumbsup2 Didn't mean to come over all teacherish, it's just that weeks like that can make anybody go off track.

Not posted on here for a while! Went a bit off track, missing classes for various reasons. Went back yesterday and I have put on 2 1/2 pounds over the past few weeks. Still 1 stone 5 lbs down so thats good!! Bought class vouchers for the next 8 weeks so I have no excuse not to go!!

:wizard: Good Luck at getting back on track Kathryn  and well done on losing 1st 5lbs

I weighed myself last night and I've lost 3lb, I must admit that although I've been good (mainly due to lack of appetite) I suspect it's more to do with the side effects of the treatment (been sick a few times this week). To be honest I've been told not to strictly diet but I continue to eat healthily and go the the gym just to do a fast uphill walk on the treadmill which makes me feel so much better.

Good luck for the second week of March everybody, with all this recent lovely sun I feel summer is really on the horizon now ;) Just think of all those lovely summer clothes :thumbsup2

:yay: Well done on losing 3lbs honey  so sorry to hear that you've not been too well though

A loss is a loss, no matter how small..." :goodvibes

Welcome back and good luck, what does the Cambridge diet invole? 660 calories doesn't sound like much...

I've been missing for a while..... i've lots 15 pounds since I started in January, but only 1/4 pound each week for the past three weeks and yet ive been ultra careful with my calories by not going at all over (even to the extent that I had mcdonalds the other day starved all day!!)

I'm thinking about giving up if its the same this week as it is really hard and yet it's not coming off!!!! HELP!!!

Be very careful that you are not eating too little as that can stop your weight loss sometimes

maybe try varying your diet a little bit

and finally try upping your excersise levels a bit

good luck

Oops, I nearly missed you Claire. Well done on losing a pound hun, you're doing great

As Nat said it could be that your not eating enough, I have to force myself to eat sometimes. Good luck for this week. :wizard:

 Don't give up. I agree with Natalie, they tell you at weight watchers that if you don't eat enough your body can go into a starvation mode and actually start storing fat :scared1:

Good luck:thumbsup2

:cool1: 2lb loss for week one

Well done you!

STS is fine - let your back get better then consider the exercise... :goodvibes

Good luck, Tracy!! :wizard: Has the Cambridge Diet worked for you before?

Try not to give up.. In my experience, when the weight loss stalls is because your body's got used to what you're doing. I'd have a day or two off then start again but vary what/when you eat... Good luck!!! :thumbsup2

Brilliant!!! :woohoo:
