Dis boards really sllooow?

I'm having an issue with this forum, it takes like, 30 seconds to scroll, or type, or anything to catch up! I 'm not having this issue on any other website :/ Even now as I sit here, I'm waiting for the text to catch up... Any ideas?

Its been running slow for me lately as well- maybe the server's overloaded or something? Also, I've noticed that it tends to run a little slower during the day than in the evenings.
