We will also be heading down 99 then I-5 on Saturday in a 4 door dark gray Chevy Silverado truck with a Marine Corp emblem on the back window. Hard to miss us.

I feel so left out! We're coming from Arizona, so we'll be heading to California on the I-10. Guess we'll just have a lonely drive!

QUick question for all of you....Can we buy liquor or beer in Mexico and carry it on and drink it on our cruise or does Disney hold it for us until we get back? thanks!! This is getting toooooooo exciting!!!

I have in the past without issue- so I would say yes...I have done so in England, and in Germany...enjoy!!!

We tried to buy alcohol in Cozumel on our Western and at the time (a couple of years ago) all of the port stores would deliver the alcohol to the ship for you...except Disney. They had a zero policy of the port stores entering the ship so they wouldn't sell it to us. Don't know if this has changed or is different in the ports that we are going to stop at.
Sorry I can't be of more help but I would bring some from California just in case. Don't want to be without your liquor.

Yeeep and JoJo and Dany's DD too!! Your going to LOVE the dolphin swim. Like I said before, this will be my third dolphin experience and I'm sooo happy Karen is going to get to go, it's her and JoJo's first time too. It is just a little werid at first when your close to such large animal that can swim soooo very fast. But they are so cute and playful, they just draw you into the water. It's going to be a blast!!

I didn't want to get back into this, as some of us have said on FB that we arent' really into reading Dis, but a post on our FB page asked that no one give out our private info of our FE list (participants) and I got a message that said someone on here was looking for info on someone particular (they just got on our board out of the blue and were asking for everyone to help them). the fb person wanted to warn long timers from this new person that there was an existing problem and were met with comments like (people are posting here not using their real names, they are secretive about who they are, they are removing there posts, the post is weird, the post is suspicious) seems to me that they just wanted to ask for privacy due to something that they know about and were met with , well, what i said above. it didn't seem like a tough request to me. they did make a point that if this new person on fb wanted a bracelet that was missing right away on a cruise on 3*13 then why did they wait until this cruise to ask. seems like someone on our cruise knows them and somethings is going on. i just agreed to not let our lists or its users known or its people on it. seems reasonable to me.

I really appreciate all the work that has gone into coordinating the lists, the wrist bands, the lanyards and the meets. I'm sure having such a great social network is only going to make this cruise more enjoyable for all of us

PM stands for "private message". It's a way to send a message directly to someone else on the board without sharing it with the rest of the world.

I think you have to have at least 10 posts on the DIS in order to send a PM, but once you can, all you have to do is click on someone's user name in a message they've posted and you will see the option to "send a private message". From there you will get taken to a screen much like a regular email screen and you can type your message. You can tell if you get a PM by looking in the Welcome box on the upper right part of any DISboard page; under your user name it will show you the number of unread PMs. (I just sent you one so you can see how it works.)

BTW, only post your cabin # and family names/ages here if you feel comfortable doing so. People are only asking because they are nice and want to include you informally in the FE exchange, not for any other reason. I feel perfectly comfortable providing that kind of info but not everyone does, so you could wait until you can PM to send info directly to people if you prefer.
