Is there a hotel close to where the Disney Wonder docks in Sydney Australia?

The Wonder departs from two different cruise terminals, depending on which other ships are in the harbour at the time. Some cruises even depart and return to the two different terminals, which are not located near each other.

The first option is the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. The best hotel nearby is the Sydney Harbour Hotel, which is in walking distance and has great views of the ships. It is located at The Rocks. There are many other hotels within walking distance too, which can cater to most budgets. They do book out very early though.

The other terminal is at White Bay, which is not located close to any hotels and is in the Rozelle/Balmain area of Sydney. White Bay is not within walking distance to any public transport or accommodation, and you’ll need to arrive by car or bus etc. When departing from White Bay, we often stay in the CBD and then get a taxi or Uber to the port in the morning. The ride is approximately 15-20 minutes from the city and isn’t too expensive. The upside of White Bay is that you do get to cruise out under the Harbour Bridge.

Just noted that our cruise has a different departure terminal on the port authority schedule compared to the disney website. Thats super confusing.

Very confusing!

We’ve had late terminal changes in the past, and the port authority website has been the most up-to-date and reliable.
