Disney sometimes just does a pre-packed sandwich service for lunch. Other times they will have a sit down meal. The sit down meal will be similar to LTT's food since it comes out of that kitchen.
1) It used to be a dance hall and eatery.
2) They did clever skits and live entertainment.
3) They closed it for cost savings.
. . . lots of CM labor
. . . relatively cheap food
. . . the DDP was only a CS, so it cut profits terribly
4) Now, they use it for peak time meal overflow (eg, holidays).
5) And, no entertainment or such.
6) What a stupid thing for what used to be a neat experience.
7) Especially for a lunch on a hot day.
Thanks for the input everybody! I looked around last night after I posted and just became more confused! DIS showed nothing. Deb showed CS and WDW showed TS! Think I get it now
it is exactly the same food as Liberty Tree Tavern dinner...the "thanksgiving" feast served family style. It comes directly from the Liberty Tree Tavern kitchen and the servers are wearing the same patriots costumes as Liberty Tree (which looks a little odd in a Western frontier saloon dance hall place.) It's actually really pretty looking place...too bad they don't make it a show again.

site says it will be open 8/16/09-10/3/09. It will serve CS lunch with sandwiches such as barbecue turkey and meatball subs for adults and pb&j for kids. At dinner it will be dinner like LTT.
